Reply Time
We read every message and aim to reply within 3 business days. We do not run a support desk, so please allow a little longer during holidays or launch weeks.
Corrections and Updates
If a guide is wrong or out of date, send the page address, the sentence that is wrong, and a source if you have one, such as a patch note, the Steam store page, or your own playthrough. We check it, fix the page, and change its Updated date.
Copyright Notices
To report material you believe infringes your copyright, follow the procedure on our Copyright Infringement Notice page and send the notice to hello@terrible-lizards.org. Please include the information that page lists.
Questions About the Game
We do not host or run Terrible Lizards, so we cannot change game data, issue refunds, or fix bugs. For purchases, refunds, crashes, and account problems, contact the publisher through the Steam store page.
